Inventory of funds secured April 2004:
======================================

Mississippi Department of Archives and History's Community Heritage Grant program... $100,000 requiring a 20% match of funds. This match of $20,000 had been achieved so availability is $120,000

National Park Service's "Save America's Treasures" program... $149,000 requiring a 100% match of funds. The $120,000 generated by the Community Heritage Grants is usable as a match for this grant so a balance of $29,000 is needed to complete this requirement.

Funds acquisition targets:
==========================

The immediate goal is to raise $29,000 to meet the matching requirements of the "Save America's Treasures" grant.

An additional goal of $310,000 must be reached to achieve the Phase 3 completion of the restoration target estimate.

The Oxford Development Association, assisted by OLCHF, has the lead and oversight of this effort. They will be considering events and avenues to seek the monies and/in-kind contributions. Fund Raiser Open Houses at the property are possibilities. A "Save A Brick/$5" Program has been initiated.

Donations of all sizes from all types of individuals, corporations, governmental and grant sources will be solicited.
